FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI WELL-BEING PADA KARYAWAN SEKTOR PUBLIK DI JAKARTA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi well-being pada karyawan sektor publik di Jakarta, dengan fokus pada pengaruh High Commitment Work System (HCWS) dan Ethical Leadership yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Support. Penelitian ini melibatkan 211 responden karyawan sektor publik, yang mayoritas berjenis kelamin wanita, berusia antara 24 hingga 34 tahun, berpendidikan terakhir SMA/sederajat, dan memiliki masa kerja antara 1 hingga 5 tahun. Lokasi kerja terbanyak adalah bank di Jakarta Timur. Terdapat tujuh hipotesis yang diuji, dengan hasil lima hipotesis didukung dan dua hipotesis tidak didukung. Hasil analisis dapat dirangkum sebagai berikut High Commitment Work System tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap well-being. Ethical Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap well-being. Ethical Leadership Behavior tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Psychological Safety. High Commitment Work System berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Support. Organizational Support berpengaruh positif terhadap well-being. High Commitment Work System berpengaruh positif terhadap well-being dengan dimediasi oleh Organizational Support. Ethical Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap well-being dengan dimediasi oleh Organizational Support. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran kepemimpinan etis dan dukungan organisasi dalam meningkatkan well-being karyawan sektor publik. Meskipun High Commitment Work System tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap well-being, efek positif dapat tercapai melalui mediasi dari Organizational Support.
