ANTESEDEN SUSTAINABLE CORPORATE PERFORMANCE PADA KARYAWAN PERUSAHAAN MANUFACTURE DI CIKARANG & KARAWANG

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) terhadap Sustainable Corporate Performance (SCP) dengan mediasi green commitment dan green organizational culture. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 250 karyawan perusahaan manufaktur di Cikarang dan Karawang, mayoritas berjenis kelamin wanita, berusia 24–34 tahun, berpendidikan S1, dan memiliki masa kerja 1–5 tahun. Penelitian ini menguji tujuh hipotesis, di mana dua hipotesis didukung dan lima lainnya tidak didukung. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) GHRM tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap SCP; (2) GHRM memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap green commitment; (3) GHRM memiliki pengaruh terhadap green organizational culture; (4) green commitment tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap SCP; (5) green organizational culture tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap SCP; (6) green commitment tidak memediasi hubungan antara GHRM dan SCP; dan (7) green organizational culture juga tidak memediasi hubungan antara GHRM dan SCP. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi GHRM secara langsung tidak mampu meningkatkan kinerja korporasi berkelanjutan, dan peran mediasi dari green commitment serta green organizational culture belum memberikan dampak signifikan. Studi ini merekomendasikan pengembangan strategi GHRM yang lebih terintegrasi dengan komitmen dan budaya organisasi hijau untuk mendukung pencapaian keberlanjutan korporasi secara optimal.References
