PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN KARYAWAN HOTEL BINTANG 3 DI JAKARTA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan buat menganalisis dampak Human Resource Development Practices, Job Satisfaction, Employee engagment terhadap Organizational Commitment pada Hotel di Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus terhadap karyawan Hotel di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Samp dan AMOS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Human Resource Development Practices, Job Satisfaction, Employee engagment terhadap Organizational Commitment berpengaruh positif yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Implikasi bagi manajer SDM yaitu diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja yang dilakukan oleh pemimpin untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepada karyawan.
