PENGARUH WORK-LIFE BALANCE DAN MODAL INTELEKTUAL TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS MAHASISWA DI ERA DIGITAL

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work-Life Balance (WLB) dan Modal Intelektual (MI) terhadap Produktivitas Mahasiswa di era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan 130 mahasiswa aktif dari perguruan tinggi di Bojonegoro yang memiliki pengalaman belajar daring dan aktif dalam kegiatan non-akademik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner tertutup menggunakan skala Likert, dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WLB dan MI berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap produktivitas mahasiswa. Nilai R² sebesar 0.392 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel menjelaskan 39,2% variabilitas produktivitas. MI memiliki pengaruh dominan dibanding WLB. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya keseimbangan hidup dan pengembangan kapasitas intelektual untuk mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran mahasiswa di tengah tantangan digital. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi institusi pendidikan untuk merancang kebijakan yang mendukung kesejahteraan dan pengembangan mahasiswa secara holistik.
