PERAN RESILIENCE DAN WORK-LIFE BALANCE DALAM MEMEDIASI HUBUNGAN ANTARA ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Organizational Commitment, Work Environment, dan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Work-Life Balance, dengan Resilience sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan Gen Z di sektor Ritel Digital & Lifestyle di Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan generasi z yang bekerja di jakarta dengan total 450 responden dengan jumlah sampling 235 pada bulan Oktober 2024. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner online yang berisi 46 pertanyaan, dan 36 pertanyaan yang valid dan reliabel digunakan dalam analisis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Environment dan Work-life Balance memiliki pengaruh terhadap Organizational Commitment, sedangkan Perceived Organizational Support tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Organizational Commitment. Selain itu, Resilience terbukti memediasi hubungan antara Work Environment dan Work-life Balance terhadap Organizational Commitment, menunjukkan pentingnya ketahanan individu dalam membangun komitmen organisasi. Perusahaan di sektor ritel digital perlu memperkuat komitmen emosional dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang fleksibel untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan Gen Z.
