PENGARUH STRES KERJA, KEADILAN DISTRIBUTIF DAN WORK TO FAMILY CONFLICT TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN PADA BANK SULTRA KANTOR PUSAT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Stres Kerja, Keadilan Distributif dan Work to Family Conflict terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Karyawan Bank Sultra Kantor Pusat. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dengan regresi linear berganda sebagai alat analisis. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 106 orang karyawan Bank Sultra Kantor Pusat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus sehingga sampel yang digunakan sebesar 106 orang Karyawan Bank Sultra Kantor Pusat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Stres Kerja berpengaruh poitif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention (2) Keadilan Distributif berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, (3) dan Work to Family Conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Tunrover Intention.
