Studi Korelasi Resiliensi dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis pada Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir di Jakarta
Abstract
Mahasiswa tingkat akhir sering menghadapi tantangan besar seperti penulisan skripsi dan transisi ke dunia kerja yang bisa menimbulkan stres. Tingkat stres yang tinggi ini dapat berpengaruh negatif terhadap pencapaian akademis dan menurunkan kesejahteraan psikologis. Memahami kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa sangat penting karena hal ini berdampak langsung pada cara mereka merencanakan masa depan. Resiliensi yang merupakan kemampuan individu untuk mengatasi dan beradaptasi dengan stres, dipercaya memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa dalam menghadapi berbagai kesulitan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan antara resiliensi dan kesejahteraan psikologis pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan partisipan sebanyak 415 mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Jakarta. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Resilience Evaluation Scale (RES) dan Scale of Psychological Well-Being. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisis korelasi Spearman menunjukkan nilai r(413) = .624, p < .001, yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara resiliensi dan kesejahteraan psikologis pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir.
