Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh Emotional Exhaustion dan Job-related Affective Ill-being terhadap Kepuasan Kerja yang dimediasi oleh Kinerja pada karyawan yang bekerja sebagai Developer di Proyek Perumahan Provinsi Banten. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami dampak kelelahan emosional dan gangguan emosional yang terkait dengan pekerjaan terhadap kepuasan kerja sambil mempertimbangkan peran mediasi dari kinerja kerja. Melalui analisis empiris dan data yang dikumpulkan dari karyawan yang bekerja dalam domain ini, penelitian ini menjelajahi hubungan antara kondisi emosional, tekanan terkait pekerjaan, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja kerja. Temuan ini mengungkapkan adanya interaksi kompleks di antara variabel-variabel tersebut, menyoroti pentingnya kesejahteraan emosional dan faktor-faktor terkait pekerjaan dalam menentukan kepuasan kerja di kalangan pengembang perumahan di Provinsi Banten.
