Abstract

Individual work performance merupakan elemen penting yang diperhatikan oleh setiap organisasi, termasuk industri Teknologi Informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran work engagement dan employee well-being yang dapat mempengaruhi individual work performance pada karyawan Teknologi Informasi. Sampelnya adalah karyawan teknologi informasi yang memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi berganda. Analisis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada work engagement dan employee well-being secara bersama-sama terhadap individual work performance.
