ANALISIS SISTEMATIS LITERATUR TEORITIS DAN EMPIRIS TENTANG INTEGRASI PERSPEKTIF FINITE DAN INFINITE GAME DALAM PENGEMBANGAN MODEL BISNIS YANG BERKELANJUTAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini melakukan analisis sistematis terhadap literatur teoritis dan empiris yang relevan dengan integrasi perspektif finite game (pencapaian tujuan jangka pendek) dan infinite game (keberlanjutan jangka panjang) dalam pengembangan model bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Melalui analisis ini, konseptualisasi dan kerangka kerja teoritis telah dikembangkan, serta sejumlah praktik terbaik diidentifikasi, seperti membangun budaya organisasi yang mendukung keberlanjutan dan berkolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan eksternal. Namun, tantangan dan hambatan juga diungkapkan, seperti konflik prioritas dan kurangnya pemahaman. Penelitian ini berkontribusi secara teoretis dengan mengembangkan konsep dan kerangka kerja baru, serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan. Penerapan konsep integrasi finite dan infinite game dieksplorasi dalam berbagai industri, dan memiliki implikasi penting terhadap keberlanjutan ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya mengintegrasikan kedua perspektif tersebut dalam model bisnis untuk membangun keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan dan menciptakan nilai ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan secara berkelanjutan.
