PENGARUH KEMANFAATAN DAN KEMUDAHAN PENGGUNAAN TERHADAP PENERIMAAN SISTEM INFORMASI: BUKTI PADA SISTEM SAKTI

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kemanfaatan dan kemudahan penggunaan terhadap penerimaan sistem SAKTI dengan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dimodifikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan mengambil sampel dari pengguna SAKTI di lingkup Direktorat Jenderal Cipta Karya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji pengaruh kemanfaatan dan kemudahan penggunaan terhadap penerimaan sistem. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan semakin baik kemudahan dan kemanfaatan penggunaan akan meningkatkan penerimaan sistem SAKTI. Penelitian ini digunakan sebagai konfirmasi atas teori dan model TAM yang telah dimodifikasi. Penelitian ini juga memberikan gambaran terkait persepsi kemanfaatan dan kemudahan penggunaan sistem SAKTI.
