PENERAPAN TEKNIK REVERSE SURAL FLAP DALAM REKONSTRUKSI KULIT SETELAH PENGANGKATAN MELANOMA MALIGNA: SEBUAH TINJAUAN LITERATUR

Abstract
Tumor melanoma merupakan penyakit yang cukup langka, namun bersifat mematikan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, sering kali perlu adanya operasi yang cukup besar, sehingga kemudian terdapat adanya cacat pada jaringan lunak yang sifatnya cukup penting. Penelitian ini kemudian bertujuan untuk melihat mengenai bagaimana Reverse Sural Flap dilaksanakan untuk dapat mengatasi pengelolaan cacat kaki yang berasal dari reseksi onkologi melanoma. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan metode studi pustaka. Data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini berasal dari berbagai hasil penelitian dan studi terdahulu yang bersifat relevan dengan pembahasan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat adanya beberapa tahapan penting dalam pelaksanaan Reverse Sural Flap untuk merekonstruksi kulit setelah operasi pengangkatan Melanoma Maligna. Tahapan-tahapan tersebut adalah diagnosis melalui anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik, dermoskopi, dan histopatologi. Selanjutnya adalah tahap evaluasi untuk memastikan diagnosis, diikuti oleh pembedahan sesuai kebutuhan. Proses reverse sural flap bisa dilakukan setelah operasi melanoma selesai, dengan potensi komplikasi tergantung pada diagnosis dan pengobatan yang tepat waktu.
