DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A WEB-BASED KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR APPLICATION AT THE STATE POLYTECHNIC OF SAMBAS

Abstract
In today's rapidly developing information era, data management has become crucial for the success of higher education institutions. Performance as a measure of success plays an important role in the management of higher education. Performance measurement is an activity carried out to measure performance indicators that have been determined in the Performance Agreement by comparing actual performance with performance targets. Sambas State Polytechnic as one of the universities in West Kalimantan requires an effective mechanism for setting and monitoring study program performance targets. This research aims to design a web-based application to manage the achievement and measurement of study program performance targets at the Sambas State Polytechnic. This application aims to facilitate access to information related to study program performance targets and enable systematic performance evaluation. Thus, it is hoped that this application can become an effective tool for study programs in improving the quality and efficiency of performance management.
